Payments:
I do do cash on the day. However If we agree on a deposit that is either paid via postal order or paypal. (all deposits are non refundable)
If you would like to pay for your appointment in full before hand you are more than welcome, again through paypal or postal order.(again non refundable)

Coming to you:
If you are over the provisinal 25 miles i will need a group booking. The group booking i would also need a £5 deposit per person (non refundable) Once i get to you the rest of the charge will be asked for.

You coming to me:
I don't mind you coming to me, but if you do i will expect you to be on time. I do have other ladies booked in straight after most other appointments
I will leave it half hour (30 minutes) then will cancel the appointment. I will also ask for a 50% fee of the original nails if you dont turn up without any notice...Sorry guys but this is my family time i am wasting and i take it seriously with having a waiting list someone else could have had your appointment.  

Confirming your appointment on the day:
If we agree i will text/ring/message you to confirm your adress and time on the day i need to know atelast 3 hours prior to your appointment time. If I hear nothing i will not attend. As i will assume you no longer need me.
This seems harsh however i have a family to think about, if i get a message a hour before the appointment saying to come, i still wont as i may be having tea, bathing the child and spending time with Ben, walking the dog. Lucas may also be in bed and i will not get him up for the sake of someone who can not keep in contact with me when i am doing most the communicating.
This also helps to avoid people wasting my time as the number of times i have gone to Shrewsbury, wolverhampton etc to find i am no longer needed, doors are not answered when there are people in or the door is answered but closed again when i introduce myself.
